2. HOW AND WITH WHOM WE SHARE DATA

- Hosting: We use Vercel for hosting our website and application.
- Database and Identity Management: We use Supabase for our database and identity management services, including storing users' account details and user-generated content.
- Bot Prevention: We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent bots by verifying users' humanity.
- Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics and Umami Analytics to collect, aggregate and analyze anonymized usage data.
- Communications: We use tawk.to for our interactive support chat and Google Gmail for email communications.
We will only disclose your information to third parties if obligated to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order.
3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
The Services enable you to create and share musical charts and other content. If you choose to make your content public, it will be accessible to anyone. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of any information that you make publicly available.
4. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND LINKS
Our site may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow these links, you should review their privacy and security policies. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites.
5. SECURITY AND RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
We are committed to protecting your data. We have security measures in place, including firewalls, data at rest encryption, and Role-Based Access Control. Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to maintain your account, to provide the Services, and to comply with our legal obligations.
6. INTERNATIONAL USERS
We may transfer, store, and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including in the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third-party service providers in these countries. When we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

The Services are not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. If you are the parent or guardian of a child who has provided us with their personal information, please contact us to have the information deleted.
As of the date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
